1. Accuracy of Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Tsiané Scents is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
2. Delivery Terms (Trinidad & Tobago)
- First Attempt: Your initial delivery fee covers the first delivery attempt to your specified address.
- Re-delivery: If the customer is unavailable or provided incorrect information resulting in a failed attempt, a second delivery fee must be paid before a re-delivery is scheduled.
- Failed Delivery: After two failed attempts, the order may be canceled or held for pickup at our discretion.
3. Cancellations
To maintain operational speed, orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
