- Confirmation Required: Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
- Payment Proof: While we appreciate screenshots of transfers, funds must clear in our account before the order is dispatched. Screenshots alone do not constitute proof of payment.
- No Reservations: To ensure fairness to all clients, we do not reserve items without full payment.
2. 100% Authenticity Guarantee
Trust is our baseline. All fragrances sold by Tsiané Scents are 100% authentic and sourced strictly from reputable suppliers. Batch codes for your specific bottle can be provided upon request for your peace of mind.
3. Return & Refund Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all perfume sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
Exceptions: Refunds or replacements will only be issued for:
- Wrong item sent.
- Product arrived damaged or leaking.
- Order is missing items.
Note: Discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence sent to our contact channels.
4. Chargeback Protection
Fraudulent chargebacks will be investigated. We reserve the right to dispute any unauthorized chargeback with proof of delivery and customer confirmation.
